Darul Iman Academy is a private, girls only, Islamic school located in Buffalo, NY. We started out as a small evening Madrassa in 2010. Due to the growth of our Muslim community, by the grace and blessings of Allah, we have decided to expand to a full time Islamic Institute. We put our students’ wellbeing at the heart of everything that we do, and therefore hope and pray that the students here will go on to become upstanding and righteous Muslims.

Our school is heavily invested in faith and family, and our doors are open for students of all backgrounds. We are a non-boarding Madrassa, we hope this way the students would be able to gain comfort and support from their families as they study. Our Vision

Female scholarship has a firmly rooted presence in the Islamic tradition. In fact, the first Islamic University was founded at the hands of a female scholar, Fatimah al-Fihriyyah.
Women scholars, though hidden from public sight, were the cogs and gears of the Muslim society - the first madrasahs where children learned the values of Islam.

Unfortunately, due to a general decline in Islamic scholarship, Muslim women often struggle finding a conducive environment in which to appropriately learn the deen and apply it.
At Darul Iman Inc. we realize this lack in resources and aim to fill the gap. We strive to empower women and girls with the tools of gaining knowledge and provide them with a wholesome environment to learn, study, and educate.

Our Instructors

Darul Iman Academy is humbled to have Instructors who are certified Alimat. Each one of our teachers have the knowledge and experience of teaching at Islamic Madaris for many years. They are also known among the community for their help and services. Among them are alumni of Darul Uloom Al Madania, Institute of Islamic Education Elgin, Jamie Binoria Pakistan and Madrassa Muinul Islam South Africa. We have full belief that with the mercy and blessings of Allah, they will be the perfect guide for the future generation of scholars.
